Bainbridge Island
A short ferry ride puts you at Islandwood, one of the island's most memorable event settings, and we know the ferry schedules and load-in timing that island venues require. Bainbridge weddings get the same all-live, no-backing-track show we're known for on the mainland.
Poulsbo
Poulsbo's waterfront and Scandinavian character make it a favorite destination market, and Kiana Lodge is a standout venue here for ceremonies and receptions alike. We plan the Kitsap Peninsula logistics with you well before the big day.
Bellingham
Bellingham's college-town energy and mountain setting make it a great destination for weddings and private events, including celebrations along Bellingham Bay. No matter the venue, we bring the same energy to the dance floor and build every setlist around your particular event rather than relying on a predetermined playlist.
San Juan Island
San Juan Island events require a little more planning, but we handle the logistics well before the day arrives. We coordinate ferry timing and equipment load-in in advance so everything is in place and ready to go when your guests arrive.
Cle Elum
East of the mountains, Cle Elum's resort and ranch properties, including Suncadia, are popular settings for weddings and private celebrations. Wherever you're celebrating, we provide the same full-service experience from the ceremony through the last dance.
Lake Chelan
Lake Chelan draws couples and event planners from across the region for its shoreline resorts and scenic venues. For every Chelan booking, we plan travel and equipment logistics well in advance so everything is ready to go when your event begins.
Olympia
Washington's capital city keeps a steady calendar of corporate events, private celebrations, and weddings, and we cover Olympia's established event venues with the same lineup flexibility we bring anywhere else. If your guest list runs smaller, we'll scale down to a trio or duo without losing the energy.
Portland
Portland sits at the far edge of our regular travel range, and we take on destination weddings and corporate events there when the fit is right. Logistics are part of the conversation from the first call.
Island venues, mountain resort properties, and out-of-region bookings like Portland all come with the same question: how does the band get there? We work it out during planning, not after you've booked. Ferry schedules, load-in timing, and overnight logistics if needed all get folded into your proposal, so mention your venue as early as possible in your inquiry. The goal is the same wherever we land: you focus on your guests, and we handle the rest.
The band's line-up flexes with the trip too. A three-piece trio travels easier than a full six-piece band, and for some island and resort venues that's the right call anyway. We'll talk through what fits your venue during planning, not guess at it in advance. Whatever the line-up, the 600+ song repertoire comes with it.
